DADU, Nov 2: A high-level inquiry has been initiated into the deaths of five persons, who were killed in a stampede on Oct 25 on the first day of the Urs of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.

This was stated by the DPO, investigations, Haji Mohammad Sadiq. He said that the statements of the manager of the Dargah and other officials of the auqaf department had been recorded.—BoC
