PESHAWAR, July 17: The women should equip themselves with vocational skills to be able to earn livelihoods for their families, said Nabila Farman, the director of Women Business Development Centre, here the other day.

Speaking to the vocational students and trainers from Nowshera, she appreciated Prime Foundation for setting up vocational training centre for the flood-hit women of the district. She said that the measure would go a long way to provide economic liberty to women.The visit of the women was facilitated by Prime Foundation, which in collaboration with International Development and Relief Foundation (IDRF) had launched vocational centre in Nowshera to impart skills to women widowed or orphaned during last year’s flood.—Bureau Report
