PESHAWAR, Oct 23: Bat-khela Tehsil Nazim Jamal Khan has said the devolution plan had improved the quality of life of the people living in the remote areas of Malakand and hoped that the elected provincial government would further strengthen the district governments, because of its democratic nature.
According to a handout Mr Khan said this while inaugurating a 600-feet long street in Bazdara Lower, Malakand, on Wednesday which was constructed by the Tehsil Munic-ipal Administration, Batkhela, at a cost of Rs0.25 million. Naib nazim, Bazdara, Fazal Said Badshah and councillors were also present. —Correspondent
