KARACHI, May 21: Gold jumped by Rs600 to Rs42,514 per 10 grams in local bullion market on Saturday as its international price also increased to $1,512 an ounce, market sources said.

According to Karachi Saraf Association, tola (11.664 grams) price also soared by Rs700 to Rs49,600.

Silver also closed higher at Rs1,054.28 per 10 grams. —APP
