KARACHI, May 20: Four ships including two carrying 19,745 tons of steel coils are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.Eight ships, Masar Trade, rice loader, Valopoula to offload DAP fertiliser Hanjin Berlin, Hyundai Independence, Konstantina, Kota Arif with containers, Chemroad Dita to load ethanol and Lahore to offload crude oil were berthed on Friday.
Only two ships, Manila Express and Northern Valour sailed out. While Hanjin Berlin, Konstantina, Cordella, Lahore, Oriental Emerald, Chemroad Dita and Green Line are due to depart on Saturday.
A total tonnage of 134,000 tons comprising 60,540 tons of export tonnage including 11,210 tons of wheat and 73,460 tons of import tonnage was handled.
The following ships are due on Saturday: SCF Alpine with mogas, Lavender with containers, Bussara Naree and Abba with 9,745 and 10,000 tons of steel coils respectively.

KARACHI, May 20: Two ships scheduled to load cement and containers arrived at the outer anchorage on Friday morning.
Eight ships, Atlantic Trader, Dubai Express, CSAC Appennini, Sierra, Liberty Spirit, Al-Aska, Ocean Concord and DL Ace, were busy in loading and unloading wheat, rice, cement, chemicals, furnace oil and containers.
A cargo volume of 74,543 tons comprising 52,698 tons of import and 21,845 tons of export was handled.
Dubai Express, Ocean Concord and DL Ace sailed out.
