NAROWAL, Oct 21: A police constable was shot dead by unidentified men near Thilay village late on Sunday night.

Constable Abdul Samad was intercepted by unidentified men when he on way home after performing his duty. The killers threw the body in the fields.

The reason of the murder could not be known so far.

SEVEN HURT: Seven youth were injured by fireworks in different parts of the city on Monday night.

The condition of an injured was stated to be critical at a local hospital.
