RAWALPINDI, Oct 18: Mutahidda Majils-i-Amal would work side by side with other political forces to run the country in a smooth way.

This was stated by the Amir of Jamaat-i-Islami, Rawalpindi district, Muhammad Abass Butt, in a statement here on Friday. He said for the fist time there was consensus among many political parties and groups over some vital national issues. He hoped that the religious leaders would follow the policy of tolerance and brotherhood to weed out social evils from the society. Mr Butt reaffirmed the MMA stance that only Islamic system would be implemented.—Our Reporter
