Pakistan’s Jansher Khan, troubled by persistent knee injuries, was still classy enough in 1996 to ward of the challenge of a younger Rodney Eyles of Australia and win the British Open 15-13, 15-8, 15-10 . Khan went to win again in 1997, making it a total of 6 British Open career titles.
