HYDERABAD: MUET exam rescheduled

HYDERABAD, Oct 16: The authorities of the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, announced for the information of students of B.E, B.CRP and B.Arch of ‘99 batch, and students of various disciplines who failed earlier that their examination of seventh term, which was scheduled to be held on Oct 29, would be conducted on Nov 1.

The examination of seventh term of the textile engineering department, which was scheduled to be held on Nov 1, will be held on Nov 4.

M.SC CLASSES: The district coordination officer (DCO), Hyderabad, Mir Hussain Ali, has said that the Dr I.H. Zubairi Degree Girls College of Home Economics, located at Tilak Incline, Hyderabad, will soon be shifted to its new building at Qasimabad.

Talking to teachers and students during his visit to the college on Tuesday, the DCO also assured that M.Sc classes in the college would be introduced soon after its shifting to the new building.

He said a meeting would be held on Oct 18 to facilitate the shifting of colleges to their newly-constructed buildings.
