LARKANA, Oct 13: Sindh PPP president Nisar Ahmad Khuhro has said his party will form governments in the Centre and Sindh, taking along all democratic forces.

Talking to the people of his constituency at a reception, hosted by business and traders’ community here on Sunday, Khuhro said different parties had contacted the PPP but things would be shaped after consulting the party leadership.

He said the government had started according official protocol to Pervez Illahi in Punjab but, he regretted, no such protocol was being given to his party leaders although the PPP was in a good position to form government in Sindh.

He reminded Sindh had sustained great losses when, ignoring the majority, Jam Sadiq Ali was put into power.

Khuhro apprehended the government might form what he called a baseless alliance and put it in front of the PPP.

He said the PPP would resolve the problems of unemployment, shortage of water, increased taxes and law and order. The PPP leader said party chairperson Benazir Bhutto would soon return to the country.
