KARACHI: Admit cards for SSC exams

KARACHI, Oct 12: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi, has asked all the secondary schools to collect admit cards of their ex-candidates or failures for SSC supplementary examinations 2002.

According to the Board, representatives of the educational institutions could collect the admit cards/programme from the board office from Oct 14.

Schools in New Karachi, North Nazimabad, Gulberg, Liaquatabad towns would be issued the cards on Oct 14, while those in Lyari, Saddar, Keamari, Site, Baldia and Orangi towns would get the cards on Oct 15.

On Oct 16, schools in Jamshed, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Shah Faisal, Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Bin Qasim and Gadap could collect the admit cards.

Admit cards would not be issued to any individual and students have been asked to get their cards from their schools from Oct 17.

The SSC supplementary examinations will commence from Oct 24.

About 30,000 students are likely to take the exams, which would be held at 105 centres.
