Power breakdown in Mirpurkhas

MIRPURKHAS, Nov 12: A 12-hour-long power breakdown hit Mirpurkhas and its adjoining areas as a result of which life was paralyzed on Monday.

The power failure started at 6am as a result of which the water supply to the entire city was disrupted. Power was finally restored at 6pm.

VILLAGERS LOOTED: Five armed dacoits barged into Khan Magsi, near Sindhri, and looted 15 villagers on the wee hours of Monday.

The dacoits looted cash and jewellry and escaped.

A case has been registered with the Phuladiyoon police against the unidentified dacoits.
