LAHORE, Feb 8: Shahdara police claim to have arrested a gang of robbers and recovered looted items, including cash and illegal weapons, from their possession.

According to a press release, the police arrested Hasan Nawaz and Shakeel Awan who, during interrogation, confessed to 29 incidents of crime in Lahore and other districts of the province.

Shahdara SHO Sharif Sindhu said the arrested robbers were wanted in several cases registered against them in various police stations.
