CHARSADDA, Oct 5: Sangeen Wali Khan, district president of ANP and a candidate for PF-18, has said the ANP believed in the philosophy of Bacha Khan which was for peace, brotherhood and selfless service of the people.

Speaking at a public meeting at Dargai, he said today not only in Pakistan but in the whole world the teaching of Bacha Khan were followed and it was a political victory of the ANP.

He said his party was striving for the unity of Pakhtoons because without this unity they would not be able to get their rights. He said unless smaller provinces were  not given the right over its resources, peace  and tranquillity was not possible in the country.

He hoped that now the people had realized that without the unity nothing was possible and that was why this time they would repose confidence on all the candidates of the ANP.

He said the ANP politics were based on principles and the leaders and workers of the party had rendered numerous sacrifices for these principles.

“We are not power hungry and are struggling  to  safeguard the  rights  of  Pakhtoon,” Sangeen maintained.
