HYDERABAD, Oct 4: The controller of semester examinations, University of Sindh, has announced the names of position holders in MA (final), Fine Arts, semester examination, 1998.

Shoukat Ali, son of Rahim Bukhsh Mangi, has secured first position while Sikandar Ali, son of Khan Mohammad Burdi, and Tasneem Inayatullah, daughter of Inayatullah Abbasi, have bagged second and third positions respectively.

SPSC: The Sindh Public Service Commission has announced results of the interviews for the post of assistant sub- inspector, police, men, (Karachi range).

The commission found 97 candidates suitable for the post and recommended their names to the Sindh government for appointment against the posts.

The SPSC has also announced the names of candidates for the post of excise and taxation officer in Excise and Taxation department, Sindh.

The commission found six candidates fit and recommended their names for appointment.
