55 polling stations termed sensitive

NOWSHERA, Sept 30: As many as 55 polling stations of a total of 365 in Nowshera district have been declared as sensitive.

District and Sessions Judge, Mohammad Ibrahim Khan, who is the District Returning Officer for the two National Assembly and five provincial  assembly seats talking  to newsmen here on Sunday said the elections authorities had made all arrangements to hold the polling in a free, fair and transparent manner.

He said arrangements had also made to transport polling material and election staff to the respective polling stations in the district.

The Nowshera SSP, Feroz Shah, speaking on the occasion, said detailed security plans had been chalked out to maintain law and order situation during the polls.
