KARACHI, Dec 1: The director of the Sindh education department directorate of registration and inspection of private institutions has urged all private educational institutions to celebrate Sindh Culture Day being observed on Saturday (Dec 4) across the province. A circular, issued to administrators of private educational institutions, has urged them to celebrate the  day in a befitting manner.—Staff Reporter
