58 held for keeping illicit firearms

MULTAN, Sept 16: In the drive for deweaponization of society, the district police arrested 58 people who allegedly had illicit firearms in their possession.

The police of various stations seized a 7-mm rifle, a Repeater, 15 (30-bore) pistols, 30 (32-bore) revolvers, two Triple Twos (rifles) and two (12-bore) carbines as well as ammunition in separate strikes. —APP
