DERA GHAZI KHAN, Sept 13: Civil judge Sheikh Waseem Ahmad rejected the bail application of banned Jaish-i-Muhammad chief Maulana Azhar Masood on Friday.

B-Division police had booked Maulana Azhar with Zubair Bhatti and Abdul Majid for delivering ‘highly provocative’ speech at a gathering at the Company Bagh here on Aug 28, 2001.
