HSC part-I results announced

LARKANA, Sept 9: The controller of examinations, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Larkana, Prof Rabnawaz Tunio, on Monday announced the result of HSC-I of pre-medical and pre-engineering groups.

In pre-medical group, out of 5,495 candidates who appeared in the examination, 1,281 were declared successful.

A total number of 222 candidates were declared pass in one subject and 348 cases of unfair means were detected.

In pre-engineering group, 1,700 students appeared in the examination out of which 569 were declared pass.

As many as 106 cases of unfair means were detected.

ENTRY TEST: The entry test for the admission in first year MBBS for the session 2002-2003 in the Chandka Medical College (CMC), Larkana, will be held on Sept 15 at the Municipal Stadium here.

This was announced by the principal of the college, Prof Sher Mohammad Shaikh, on Monday.

He advised the candidates belonging to Larkana, Dadu, Ghotki, Jacobabad, Khairpur, Shikarpur and Sukkur to collect their admit cards from the admission setup at the medical ward of the CMC Hospital, city block.

The candidates belonging to Kotri taluka, Sehwan, and Thana Bloa Khan of Dadu district, should appear at the Public School, Latifabad, for the test.
