KARACHI, Sept 3: The Sindh governor has promulgated the Stamp (Third Sindh Amendment) Ordinance 2002.

In the Stamp Act 1899, in its application to the Province of Sindh, in the Schedule, in Article 16, in column 2, for the words “five per cent,” the words “three per cent” shall be substituted.—PPI
