SUKKUR, Sept 1: The nomination forms of a PPP candidate, Shabbir Maher, from NA-203 (Shikarpur), the arch rival of Ghous Bux Khan Maher, the president of PML (Q), Sindh, were rejected by the Returning Officer of Shikarpur district on Saturday.

The returning officer rejected the nomination form on the plea that the Khadri police station, registered an FIR against the candidate under section, 149, 382, 342, 337, on Aug 20, 2002.
