GUJRAT, Aug 24: Provincial law minister Rana Ejaz Ahmad held a meeting with PML-QA district President Chaudhry Wajahat Husain at Zahoor Palace, here on Saturday.

It is learnt that the People’s Party (parliamentarians) had termed the meeting an indication of pre-polls rigging. They alleged the government had decided that it would support the PML-QA in the election.

To achieve this purpose, they alleged the ministers had forced a number of strong candidates to join the PML-QA.
