KARACHI, Aug 24: Sindh Governor Mohammedmian Soomro will distribute certificates to the first batch of special children passing graduation examination at a special ceremony to be held on Sept 14 in the Governor’s House.

These special children passed their degree examination from DEWA Degree College with distinctive marks.—APP
