SIALKOT, Aug 6: A boy (12) on Monday committed suicide by taking poison as his mother forced him to earn money instead of getting education in Muhallah Rehmanpura, Pasrur.
Babar, a student in a local primary school, wanted to continue his education. Having no source of income, his mother Surraya discharged his name from school and asked him to work. As he was dejected from his drop out from school, he thought it better to take his life than to indulge in the child labour.
