LAHORE, Aug 3: The Pakistan Flour Mills Association has announced a Rs2 increase in the price of 20-kilogram atta bags from Monday.
Bilal Sufi, the Association’s spokesman, said the price increase had been necessitated by the increase in electricity tariff and the government’s policy of increasing the wheat issue price. He said the atta price was being increased from Monday when the government would start releasing wheat for the flour mills from the provincial reserves. —Reporter
