KARACHI, July 25: The registrar University of Karachi has announced that all educational institutions established under the Government of Sindh Act and Charter awarded by the government in the geographical limits of Karachi, and aspiring to get equivalence of their degree with the KU, should contact the chairman equivalence committee up to July 30, 2002.

The heads of such institutes have also been asked to submit the copies of act or ordinance under which the institutes were established, details of their board of governors, academic council or committee, degree program, details of syllabus being taught and the duration of degree program.—PPI
