KUWAIT CITY, July 23: Kuwait on Monday called on the United States to grant its citizens detained at the Camp X-Ray the right to defend themselves and to see their family members.

Kuwait’s assembly speaker Jassem Al Khorafi, after meeting the Kuwaiti detainees’ family members, said the accused had a right to defend themselves and their family members should be permitted to see them.
