PESHAWAR, July 20: The NWFP minister for irrigation, works and services, Shamsul Mulk, has said that only those nations can even think of progress who are equipped with the latest technology.
He was speaking at an inaugural ceremony of Peshawar Academy of Computer Sciences under the auspices of Drug Free Society NWFP at Peshawar Cantt, on Saturday.
He said he was pleased that free computer training was being provided to poor students. He also lauded the services of the society for waging Jihad against drug addiction.
Muhammad Hussain Ghazi, President DFS, and Haji Rehman, director PACS while speaking on this occasion said free Office Automation courses of two-months’ duration would also be held.
Also, advance IT courses like JAVA, C, C++, Visual Basic, Oracle and DIT would also be conducted.—Bureau
