DERA ISMAIL KHAN, July 16: A shopkeeper was shot dead over a property dispute at Panyala Bazaar allegedly by his rivals on Sunday.
Habibur Rehman was sitting in his shop with his brother and a cousin when Waheed and Khalid entered the shop, allegedly sprayed him with bullets, and escaped.
