QUETTA, Nov 3: Abdul Majeed from Balochistan, got distinction in M.Sc Polemalar Technology from Manchester University of Science and Technology, UK, and has been awarded scholarship for Phd studies in the Irish Republic, UK.

Earlier, he was a student of Cadet College Mastung, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Science and Technology, and was awarded two internship in mutual exchange programme in Egypt and the United Kingdom.

He is 23, and the youngest student to have been awarded scholarship by a foreign university.
