SUKKUR, July 11: Three persons were killed in separate incidents in Ghotki and Shikarpur on Thursday.

The police said some unknown armed men were passing through the land of Dhani Perto, near Ghotki, and when the villagers intercepted them and asked about their identification, the armed men opened fire, killing a villager, Dhani Dino, on the spot.

The accused escaped.

Some unidentified armed persons shot dead a girl, Hooran, in the Ghamro police station jurisdiction, Ghotki district.

The cause of the incident could not be ascertained.

Allah Dino Junejo was killed by some unknown armed men in Jamalpur, Shikarpur district.

The accused escaped.

The police registered the case.
