HYDERABAD, July 9: A large number of Kolhi tribesmen belonging to Goth Dhallu Kolhi staged a demonstration outside the Hyderabad Press Club on Tuesday to protest against the excesses of the Tando Mohammed Khan police at the instance of waderas and some members of their own community.

Talking to newsmen, they said that the Tando Mohammed Khan police had tortured them and threatened to involve them in false cases.

They appealed to the authorities concerned to protect their families from the excesses of the police and waderas.
