LAHORE, June 28: The Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid-i-Azam) president, Mian Muhammad Azhar, said on Friday the constitutional package given by the government would strengthen the institutions, not individuals.

Alluding to criticism of the package by some PML (Nawaz) leaders, he said the people who had carried out the 15th constitutional amendments within a few hours had not right to assail the package. — Staff Reporter
