HYDERABAD, June 23: Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, here on Saturday issued notices to the additional advocate-general, Sindh, and SHO, ‘A’ section, Latifabad, on a constitutional petition of Shahjehan, the mother of a Muttahida activist Sheraz Adil.

She moved the court through lawyer Zahoor A Baluch, claiming that on June 11 the respondent SHO, ASI Karim Abro and others unlawfully entered her house, took her son into custody and implicated him in a false case of the Arms Ordinance.

She added that since then the police officials were harassing her family.

She prayed the court to restrain the police officials from harassing the family.
