KARACHI, June 10: The Civil Aviation Authority has been issued ISO 9001:2000 certificate for its three regulatory departments.

The adoption of an ISO 9001:2000 based quality management system by CAA’s departments of Flight Standards, Licensing and Airworthiness is intended to create customer focus and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of these departments. —APP
