NOWSHERA, Oct 30: Two accused allegedly molested a  nine-year-old girl in Shedo on G. T. Road here on Monday. The accused, who had fled the scene, were later arrested by the Akora Khattak police.

According to the FIR registered by her father, the accused had kidnapped the girl in front of her house in the Adamzai  village. They  took her to a deserted place near Shedo and raped  her.  Later, they escaped  leaving  the  girl unconscious.

The girl was brought to a local hospital where the do tor  administered various tests to establish the nature of crime.  The medical report confirmed that the victim had been subjected to sexual abuse.

In the FIR, the victim’s father stated that two accused,  Niaz Ali and Shafi, kidnapped his daughter in a car (MRA-240) and took her to a deserted place and raped her for several times, leaving her unconscious.

The police arrested the accused and were produced before the  judicial magistrate of Akora Khattak. The court remanded  them into  physical custody for two days.
