NAWABSHAH, April 5: The sacked workers of the Habib Sugar Mills, Nawabshah, continued their fast unto death in front of the press club here on Friday.

A meeting between the workers and the mill management is scheduled to be held here on Saturday which will decide the future of the sacked workers.

RALLY: A rally was taken out in Sakrand, under the leadership of DCO Khalid Mehmood Soomro for creating awareness about free compulsory primary education.

Speaking at the rally, the DCO said that children from 5 to 11 years would be given free education and added that if parents did not send their children to school, they would have to pay a penalty of Rs50.
