QUETTA, April 1: Accountability Court No 2 on Monday, awarded rigorous imprisonment and fine to Tehsildar Lal Mohammad and Patwari Shahnawaz in a corruption case.

According to the punishment announced by Judge Nadir Khan Durrani, Sahanawaz was sentenced to five-year term and Rs2.5 million fine, while Lal Mohammad would suffer two-year RI and pay Rs1 million fine.—Staff Correspondent
