QUETTA, March 31: The Frontier Corps (FC) has seized a large number of arms and ammunition— missile, bombs and anti-tank mines— from Jamal Dini area, close to the Pak-Afghan border, some 230km west from here in Chagai District.

FC sources said the troops of the Chagai Militia, an FC wing, raided the hilly area of Jamal Dini on a tip-off on Saturday, and, during search, seized a consignment of illegal arms and ammunition from a cave.

The consignment had been brought from Afghanistan for its smuggling to different areas of the country for the acts of sabotage, a senior officer of the Frontier corps said on Sunday.
