HANGU, March 30: Hundreds of Afghan refugees have been successful in acquiring computerized identity cards by paying huge sums of money whereas local card seekers are facing a lot of problems.

In a statement, local residents said that Afghan refugees had submitted their application forms with them after the government had made announcement for the change of old identity cards. They claimed that the refugees were quick in getting the cards by bribing the concerned authorities, but they were yet to get their cards.
