SADIQABAD, Feb 14: Two persons were killed while 10 others sustained injuries in a wagon-tanker collision near Malikpur, KLP Road, some six kilometres from here, on Wednesday.

Reports revealed the Alipur-bound wagon collided with the oil tanker at Tarinda Muhammad Pinnah. Schoolteacher Muneer Ahmad Bhutta and Perveen died on the spot. The injured were taken to a local hospital in precarious condition.

Those injured included Khalid Mahmood, Ghulam Qadir, Saifullah, Muhammad Iqbal, Wazir Ahmad, Faiz Illahi and Shumaila. —Correspondent
