SHIKARPUR, June 4: A gang of 10 armed men raided a house in village Sher Khan Soomro of Khanpur and shot dead Basheer Ahmed Soomro (22) when his parents offered resistance.

The gang intended to kidnap Soomro but his father, Azizullah, and mother, Arbab Khatoon, resisted their bid. The gangsters opened fire killing their son instantly and injuring the parents seriously
