PESHAWAR, Oct 19: The election of the Senior Alumni Association of Islamia College Peshawar's executive council will be held at the Khyber Union Hall on Dec 2.

A press release issued here on Tuesday that it was decided in a meeting of the executive committee held at Khyber Union Hall under the former Chief Secretary Mohammad Azam Khan.

The meeting also decided to hold the fifth annual general meeting and biennial election for the executive council on Dec 2, at 10:30am. All old students of the college, who are 40 years or above, are requested to attend and vote for the candidate of their choice.

On the occasion, Prof Dr Lal Baha Ali said that she was very keen to write the history of the college for which she has completed spadework, including research and original documents.
