KASUR, Oct 16: Foreign Minister Khursheed Mehmood Kasuri has said the fourth round of composite dialogue between the foreign secretaries of Pakistan and India will be held in December.

While Indian Foreign Minister Natwar Singh would visit Pakistan in next two months, he said while talking to newsmen at the District Nazim's office on Saturday.

He said both the countries should show flexibility for the solution to the Kashmir issue. Pakistan, he said, had played an important role for peace in the region.

He said Pakistan was favouring the bus service from Muzaffarabad to Srinagar with the condition of passport or visa.

He said Pakistan would develop relations with all the countries of Asean. He further said the meeting of President Gen Pervez Musharraf with Indian premier Manmohan Singh had created a history, hoping that the process of dialogue would be continued.

Replying to a question, Mr Kasuri said the Wana operation had no concern with the election in the US. "No country is saved from terrorism now and even Saudi Arabia, Russia and China are facing this problem."

He said whenever the president had returned home after having a successful visit abroad, a blast in any mosque or imambargah took place. He said "Islam is a religion of peace and brotherhood."

Later, Mr Kasuri visited the shrine of Hazrat Baba Bulleh Shah and offered fateha. He inaugurated the newly constructed mosque adjacent to the shrine.

PEDDLER HELD: Khudian police claimed on Saturday to have arrested a trafficker with four kilograms of opium at the Kasuri Bazaar.

Acting on a tip off, the police raided Muhammad Yaqoob and Naeem's house and recovered opium. They handcuffed Yaqoob while Naeem managed to flee.

A case has been registered against the suspects.
