PESHAWAR, Oct 29: The Islami Jamiat Talba, students wing of the Jamaat-i-Islami, has called upon President Gen Pervez Musharraf to step down, accusing him of mortgaging the country to the United States.

JTI chief Mushtaq Ahmed Afghani alleged on Monday that Musharraf’s present role was anti-Islam and anti-Pakistan.—Bureau Report
