KARACHI, Oct 29: Prof Dr Fahimuddin has been elected president of the Karachi University Teachers Society.
Fahimuddin secured 234 votes as against his rival Prof Dr Shahana Urooj Kazmi’s 209. The other office-bearers are Sarwar Nasim, secretary; Ahmed Qadri, VP; Aqeel Ahmed, treasure, and Tayyaba Shah and Tasnim Shoaib, joint- secretaries.—APP
