KARACHI, April 7: Telecard Limited has commenced GO CDMA wireless local loop telephone service nationwide after receiving commencement certificate from Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). The company is also in final stages of launching long distance and international (LDI) calling service, Telecard CEO Fazal Hussain said in a statement.
