DADU, Oct 28: Eight branches of ADBP, Dadu, have completed all formalities against 200 defaulters, to send the default cases of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to recover an amount of Rs 950 million.
On the directives of chairman ADBP (Agriculture Development Bank of Pakistan) Radhan, Mehar, Khairpur Nathan Shah, Sita road, Dadu, Johi, Bhan Saeedabad and Sehwan branches have completed all the legal formalities against 200 big defaulters of the bank which include top political figures, former MPAs, tribal chiefs, landlords and some high ranking government officials to send the cases to NAB to recover the outstanding amount.
These loans were sanctioned to 10,000 persons of the area when the ADBP branches were established in the district. The defaulters whose names are being sent to NAB, included, the former adviser of former Sindh chief minister, Abdul Aziz Buriro (Rs 1.4 million), former MPA Syed Muhammad Shah and his brother Syed Noor Muhammad Shah (Rs 5million), Ahmed Khan Lund (Rs One million), Ashraf Khan Solangi (Rs0.8 million), contractor Ghulam Nabi Solangi (Rs0.6 million), Syed Nazar Ali Shah, (Rs 1.2million) Syed Allah Bux Shah (Rs 2.6million). Muhammad Hashim Memon and his family (Rs 8million), Director, Local Government department, Ali Gohar Shah (Rs0.7million) Irshad Ali Shah (Rs0.5 million), Gazanfar Ali Shah (Rs2.6 million) Aftab Ahmed Butt (Rs 0.7million), Azam Butt (Rs0.4 million), Muhammad Bux Butt (Rs 0.7million), Pir Shamim Sarhandi and his family (Rs4.0million), Qabil Khan Sehol and his wife Ms Shamshad (Rs One), Ali Nawaz Janwari (Rs 0.4 million), Abdul Latif Dero (Rs0.4), Atta Muhammad Dero (Rs0.4 million ), Mazan Khan Chandio (Rs 0.7million), Ghulam Nabi Chandio (Rs1.7million), Pehalwan Khan Chandio (Rs 0.9 million), Rais Taj Muhammad Khoso and his family (Rs 3.2 million), Shahmeer Khoso (Rs0.9 million), Liaquat Ali Mahesar (Rs 0.8 million), Muzammil Dahri and his family (Rs 0.8million).
