LARKANA, Jan 4: Top leaders of the People's Party Parliamentarian will address a 77th birth anniversary function of the founder of PPP and the former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto here on Wednesday.

The district information secretary of the party, Asghar Shaikh, told 6Dawn that the day would start with Quran Khawani in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto and the PPP leaders and workers would lay floral wreath on the grave.
